wife and I met Nicole Walsh by calling the Outer Banks Construction
& Real Estate office and asking for an agent to help us find a home
on the Outer Banks for our forthcoming retirement. Little did we know
that we just met the best real estate agent and Broker in the Outer
Banks of North Carolina. From the beginning of our association with
Nicole, we were very impressed with her attitude, demeanor, honesty,
openness, professionalism and in depth knowledge of the Outer Banks
real estate market. One of her most wonderful traits is that she
"listens to what her clients say", when they describe their "real
estate goals, needs, wants and desires" and further, Nicole tries very
hard to satisfy her clients needs. She wasted no time translating our
needs into appropriate listings for us to examine and do walk throughs
to determine which homes we really liked. Her choices for us to examine

Proof of her in-depth real estate knowledge lies in the fact that Nicole found our dream house for my wife and I in one day. Yes, we spent one full day looking for our dream home, for our retirement and Nicole found it for us. We met Nicole about 9:00 am and by 3:00 pm we had looked at 10 homes. She found our dream home for us and we fell in love with it. In fact, we decided to make an offer and with Nicole's professional help the owner countered and we accepted. Nicole stayed on top of the bid process and counter offer and she helped us tremendously. At 10:00 am the next day, we met Nicole and she developed our contract in a very professional manner, and included all the required terms and conditions for a legitimate sale. Once again, we were very impressed with her real estate knowledge, which left my wife and I with a feeling of complete trust for Nicole. The seller accepted the contract, signed it and we closed in 30 days. Since I live in Northern Va., and I had several items that I needed to attend to in preparation for closing of the sale in North Carolina, I depended on Nicole for assistance. I called her several times and she kindly obliged. For example, Nicole arranged for a home inspection service person for me and dealt with my closing attorney on two items. This is the kind of service most real estate agents do not perform even when it is related to their sale. But, Nicole was very obliging and my wife and I both appreciated it deeply. Nicole cared enough about her clients to help us from having to make two extra trips to the Outer Banks for those items. This is what I call first class professionalism and the kind of service Nicole provided to my wife and I was fabulous and impossible to find in today's sales world. wonder if our experience with Nicole was unique!!! She helped us
purchase a home that we never saw in person until after we signed the
sales agreement! We live in Massachusetts and were "watching" the Outer
Banks housing market via the internet. A house in our price range came
on the market, but the picture on the listing was not enough for us to
fairly judge the property. We asked Nicole to be our "eyes". She went
to the house, took some digital pictures which she promptly e-mailed to
us and, more importantly, gave us her professional, but at the same
time personal opinion of the property. We made our offer 24 hours later
and we now have a fantastic property in Kill Devil Hills. The trust

husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Walsh on the
purchase of a lot for our new home. At first, we told Nicole that we
